Email support@meigen.ai. Include the request ID, approximate time, and the issue you encountered. Never send passwords, API keys, or authorization tokens.
If a request times out, check its original request ID before starting another generation. An accepted generation may still be processing.
You can revoke access on the Connected apps page. Disconnecting does not cancel accepted generations or delete existing media. For account deletion, use Delete account; for other data requests, email support.
